Wee Heng has an extensive experience with treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. His diverse background in competitive sports such as indoor & beach volleyball, dragon boat racing and triathlon gives him a good understanding of the movements and physical demands required in various sports. He is a strong believer in addressing the root causes of one's pain through identifying movement dysfunctions and developing good movement patterns

Cheryl's experience as a competitive volleyball player and a coach in netball & youth athletics, coupled with her ever-expanding toolbox of rehabilitation skills, has been instrumental in helping her clients recover from their injuries and successfully return to sports.
She also has a keen interest in rehabilitating lower body conditions - particularly ankle and knee injuries - and she enjoys coming up with creative exercises and movement drills to challenge her clients as they get stronger and progress through their return to sports journey.
