Our 60-minute strength & conditioning sessions aim to improve the following: - Strength - Power - Speed - Athletic skills - Conditioning - Game performance This service is for clients that are looking to improve their sports performance - if you have any existing injuries that are causing you pain or affecting your performance, do get in touch with us to determine if you require a physiotherapy consultation prior to starting on our strength & conditioning programme.
